GENERAL INFORMATION

I do not work or respond to messages during weekends. I reserve this time for studying, resting, and personal matters. I may occasionally check my messages in case something important comes up, but regular communication and work will resume on weekdays.My current schedule is quite busy, so commission deadlines may be longer than usual. I will always discuss and confirm the expected delivery date with you before starting your commission.Please keep in mind that I generally do not complete commissions within 2–3 days. If you need your commission by a specific date, please contact me beforehand so we can discuss whether it is possible.

↳ additional note: Some fetishes, vent art, and complex backgrounds may be accepted depending on the commission. I reserve the right to decline any request that I am not comfortable working on.

PAYMENT⤵

・PayPal is the only direct payment method I currently accept. You may also place your order through VGEN.**・Payment can be made either 100% upfront or through a 50/50 payment split.・For 50/50 payments, the second payment must be completed before the final artwork is delivered.

REFUNDS⤵

・A full refund is available if you cancel your commission before I have started working on it.・Once I have started working on your commission, a full refund will no longer be available. If a refund is requested at this stage, the amount corresponding to the work already completed will be deducted from the refund.・If I am unable to start your commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund.・Exceptional circumstances will be discussed individually, and we will work together to reach a fair solution whenever possible.

GENERAL FEES INFO ⤵

・Changes / Revisions: The fee depends on the extent of the requested changes or redraws. There is no fixed price, and the additional cost will be discussed with you beforehand.・Rush Fee: +85% of the original commission price. Rush commissions are not automatically accepted and must be discussed and approved by me before payment.・Background Fee: Starts at $10 USD and may increase depending on the complexity and amount of detail requested.

↳ RUSH FEE NOTE: Rush fees are refundable.

Because the rush fee must be paid before I begin working under the shortened deadline, if I am unable to complete the commission within the agreed rush timeframe, the rush fee will either be refunded separately or deducted from the remaining balance in the case of a 50/50 payment.

TAT & WIPS ⤵

・The estimated delivery time will be discussed and agreed upon with each client individually before the commission begins.・WIPs will be provided throughout the process when applicable. Clients may request reasonable changes during the appropriate WIP stages.・Once a WIP stage has been approved, major changes or redraws to previously approved elements may be subject to an additional fee.・Deadlines generally will not exceed 3 months, depending on the complexity and scope of the commission.・More complex commissions naturally require more time. The more detailed the order, the longer the production process may take.・The agreed delivery date should be considered the expected timeframe for completion. If an unexpected circumstance affects the deadline, I will communicate this as soon as possible and discuss an updated timeframe with you.・Please keep in mind that I do not usually complete commissions within 2–3 days. SHARING N PRIVACY ⤵

・By default, I may publicly share or showcase completed commissions on my social media, portfolio, website, or other platforms for promotional purposes. Credit will always be given to the commissioner when applicable.・If you prefer that I do not share WIPs, but are okay with the finished artwork being publicly posted, please select the corresponding option when ordering.・If you require your commission to remain completely private, including WIPs and the finished artwork, you may request a Private Commission — a +50% privacy fee will be added to the original commission price.・Private commissions will not be publicly posted, displayed in my portfolio, used for promotional purposes, or shared with third parties without your permission.・Please make sure to select the appropriate option when placing your order. If you are unsure which option applies to your needs, feel free to ask me before commissioning.
